Job Description

The Automotive Electronics (AE) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, yaw-rate, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.

Your contribution to something big

►      Full responsibility for a group of approx. 20 employees

►      Development of validation and reliability methods for MEMS sensors

►      Responsible for sensor laboratory

►      Hiring, coaching and developing of employees

►      Handling interfaces to internal customers and external partners

►      Close collaboration within international product development and manufacturing teams

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

►      University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physicist or similar

►      Leadership experience in management of technical professionals (>10 employees)

►      Profound know-how of test engineering, quality engineering, lifetime validations or simulations

►      Strong future, process and quality orientation

►      Excellent communication and presentation skills

►      Passion for engineering and people management

►      Fluent Hungarian and English and/or German language capabilities
