Job Description

A leading dealer group in the GCC who have a portfolio of world class brands are seeking an experienced Training Manager to take the helm and make his mark with a diverse and energetic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and strengthen the relationship between the dealer network and the principle office, coordinate and lead the training department while satisfying requirements for the stakeholders. Ability to implement new processes and training plans will be a key aspect with monitoring areas for development. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the re-engineering of the CRM department process and services
  • Develop and drive the CRM business plan and strategy
  • Develop, implement and manage the planning, communication, process and insight of all CRM activities for the brands.
  • Oversee the divisional brand marketing managers and be the lead on new marketing strategies particularly in digital marketing.
  • Manage and drive performance of the CRM department
  • Monitor regularly department performance against the relevant KPI’s and budget
  • Creating a contact and communication strategy for the business
  • Ensuring the image of the company is consistent with brand image and corporate identity.
  • Define and deliver consistent lead management processes across all business functions
  • Define, deliver and interpret accurate and timely reporting to measure performance, effectiveness and drive improvements
  • Observe, analyse and evaluate the national activities of competitors, market trends and changes and identification of opportunities
  • Analyse the SSI/CSI results, identify improvement areas and provide timely feedback to the management team.
  • Manage and safeguard the company database ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data.
  • Define and manage data quality requirements and process within the business.
  • Use the database to track and monitor customer contact and campaigns.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and report regularly on CRM activities as required by company management.
  • Ensure that detailed customer information is provided across all departments as required according to the data security policy.
  • Ensure that CRM literature is up-to-date, complete and available.
  • Pass on information to employees in a timely manner and ensure the information security.
  • Manage the performance of the CRM team by setting targets and monitoring results.
  • Develop and motivate staff according to their abilities and needs of the company.
  • Determine training needs and secure suitable training.
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely professional manner.
  • Provide continuous guidance, support and feedback to the team.
  • Facilitate a working environment for good employee satisfaction.

 

To be considered for this role:

  • Minimum 10 years’ of experience in developing an automotive CRM department.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic also preferred
  • Solid knowledge in business management
  • Ability to promote inter-departmental communication and knowledge sharing
  • Experience of managing and leading projects
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal Oriented Approach
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • CRM Qualifications are Desirable
