- Provides Nissan Techliner Level 2 technical support from Europe and other regions as well as other car manufacturers for Nissan vehicles in Europe;
- Provides technical assistance level 2 for all issues related to diagnosis and technical documentation of spare parts for both Nissan Level 1 Techliners in Europe and Nissan Level 2 Techliners from other regions or other automotive manufacturers (for vehicles produced by Nissan in Europe);
- Solves technical support requests related to: parts / spare parts information, spare parts catalog, spare parts applicability, interchangeability or spare parts questions for Nissan Level 1 Techliners in Europe , as well as Nissan Level 2 Techliners from other regions or other car manufacturers (for Nissan vehicles in Europe).
- Good knowledge of the domain / car environment and the service network;
- Good knowledge of English, French is an advantage;
- Autonomy and organization, orientation towards details;
- Good communication skills, customer oriented attitude;
- Working capacity both individually and in team;
- Ability to work transversely in a diversified cultural environment.
