  • Day to day handling of sales operations. Monitoring of team's performance to ensure the team stays on track and meet their performance metrics. He verifies performance through daily tracking report. 
  • A communication link between the front-line and management. he disseminates information to the team and forwards information to his up line in a timely manner. He works closely with his team members to resolve customer problems and reports as required on performance, issues and resolutions
  • Developing the team to ensure that they consistently deliver the needed performance. He monitors individual team members to identify and schedule required training. Parts of his daily workload is staying close enough to team members to recognize their shortcomings or weaknesses and address them. 
  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with existing customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities;maintaining a prospecting calendar;recommending sales campaigns and promotions
  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles 
  • Provide on job training and develop the sales team in pro-active sales techniques to maximize sales conversion
  • Control the use of demo cars to ensure that they are used effectively and that all paperwork is completed
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the sales management
