An expanding automotive buying company that is known in the Middle East for buying all types of cars’ make and model is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional. The main priority of this role is explaining to customers the process of selling their car; timeframes, documentation and how the evaluation is worked out in a timely manner.
•Inspecting vehicles for damage, test-drives the vehicle to detect malfunctions and assessing the monetary value for the vehicle.
•Examining the vehicle’s engine, transmission, paint and chassis for any faults or repairs.
•Testing the vehicle’s components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical and electronic devices.
•Preparing a detailed report on each vehicle that covers 186 points within ten minutes.
•Communicating with dealer account managers to ensure the best price is given to the customer. Negotiating with the customers to effectively close deals.
•Handling all paper work including vehicle transfer.
•Attending technical trainings to insure we are up to date with the technological advancements in the automotive field.
•Whilst from point of contact through to guiding the customers out the door after sale, providing excellent customer service.
•3 – 5 years experience as service advisor.
•Used car evaluation experience.
•Extensive technical knowledge of cars.
•Driving license with impeccable record.
•Excellent communication skills.
