An established automotive company based in GCC is looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Advisor to join their prestigious team. The main purpose of the job is to lead and manage service management to achieve set revenue and customer service targets in line with company policies and guidelines.
- You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they arrive, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off
- To progress and update the customer throughout the day
- To discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer.
- To ensure you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
- Monitoring the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised and contacting the customer if any delays are expected
- You must have experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate excellent management skills.
- Must have multi-brand experience.
- Currently based in UAE.
- 25-35 years old.
- Must be fluent in English and an effective communicator.
- Do whatever it takes to get the job done attitude.
