Job Description

Responsibilities and Required Experience:

  • Adhere to ISO 9001 policies and procedures 
  • Achieve targets set by the management on customer service and ensure proper procedures are followed in receiving, servicing and delivering customers’ vehicles
  • Prepare a daily status report for Reception Supervisor
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers for their vehicle service requirements, advising service charges rate to the customer, and ensuring a high quality After-sale service is provided
  • Coordinate with Reception for getting the list of appointments taken for the next day by the close of each working day
  • Offer Joint Inspection of the vehicle on the interactive reception, and if agreed, go ahead, or if not, perform a vehicle walk around for visible indications of any additional repair requirements
  • Advise the customer to remove any valuable personal belongings from the vehicle, placing protective material in the vehicle prior to repairs commencing
  • Record any damage to the vehicle in the VIR and get signature of the customer, recording in the Job Card agreed delivery times, and all customer concerns
  • Verify Warranty Status via OASIS, checking for any free service coverage
  • Carry out a preliminary evaluation of whether the work will be covered under Warranty, ESP, or the customer needs to pay, in the event of any additional repairs, and obtain customer approvals on the repair estimates promptly
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader to achieve On Time Delivery and advise customers in case of unexpected delays
  • Inspect the vehicle after the repairs to confirm that the job has been done as specified in the Job Card, explain the work undertaken done on the vehicle as required, and hand over the vehicle to the customer
