Black & Grey HR is working with a leading Automotive company in the Qatar market. Our client is looking to hire experienced Service Advisors to join their motivated team. The Service Advisor has the opportunity to interact with thousands of Customers to build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence for their vehicle safety and reliability. This role requires someone who is passionate about taking care of the Customer and helping them turn an unpleasant event into a positive experience. This role requires juggling many Customers, priorities, communication and follow-up throughout the day.
Your main responsibilities will include setting, confirming and preparing for appointments with customers to expedite their service experience. You will be interacting daily with Customers, Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Service Manager, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.
The successful candidate should have proven ability to set and achieve targeted goals experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. You should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities. Bilingual English and Arabic speaking candidates will be favoured.
