Greet the customer as they arrive in the maintenance area and find out what services the client requires. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments in advance. Provide excellent service ensuring customer satisfaction or exceeding expectations wherever possible. Be commercially minded when giving quotations, using the rates that are applicable to the service required. Build customer rapport in order to grow customer loyalty and maintain repeat business. Support and co-operate with colleagues in order to create good relationships and team spirit. Ensure job cards from internal and external customers are raised and sent to workshop in a timely manner. Use relevant reports and CarPro System to monitor day’s activities.
