- Responsible for achieving annual targets and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;
- Leads the sale steam to develop business plan and meeting agreed targets;
- Identifies emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Responsible for all approvals regarding to credit application, sales order, order placement, quotations, warranty, price list, discounts, invoice etc. in coordination with section manager;
- Assists the team in implementing effective advertising and promotional plans to achieve automotive solutions sales objectives;
- Responsible for tracking weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics;
- Plans inventories and takes actions to reduce the stock provisioning by implementing perfect ordering mechanism;
- Identifies the slow and non-moving products that need marketing assistance and provide feedback on best approach to market such products to customers;
- Provides operational leadership over business development, customer management, recruiting, quality management and compliance to standards;
- Submission of daily and monthly sales reports presenting various sales figures, target sales for the subsequent month;
- Holding regular meetings with sales team to monitor their activities and sales achievements. Trains and educates staff on sales techniques and customer service;
- Recommend manpower requirements and manpower optimization for all projects under automotive solutions;
- Carries out any assignments instructed by the direct supervisor.
