Our client is a very well respected Automotive company in the GCC. They are seeking a Sales Manager with the qualities stated below to drive the business forward. This is a great opportunity for ambitious and intelligent sales professionals.
The key purpose of this role is to manage the general sales activities in Retail sales for two locations. He will be responsible for all sales operations within those locations and generating maximum volume of business in accordance with agreed business plans.
- Promote up selling activities to achieve maximum profits.
- All display vehicles are clearly labelled showing specifications, price and monthly repayment.
- Training of staff members to ensure solid product knowledge.
- Monitoring staff activities, CSI’s, KPI’s, etc.
- Achieve or exceed the budgeted sales and CSI targets for the branch, ensuring smooth functioning of showroom operations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and project sales figures / sales forecast.
To be considered for this role you must:
- MUST be an Arabic speaker
- New business build up experience
- GCC Retail sales background
- 5 years of sales management experience
- Customer focused with brand management background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration
- F&I and P&L activities experience and understanding
