Job description:
  • Prospecting customers by identifying business opportunities, making appointments and conducting outdoor sales visits as per business requirements
  • Advising and discussing customer’s needs on the most suited motorcycle as per customer preference & experience
  • Presenting Motorcycle to customer by explaining the unique characteristics of the Model comparing other motorcycle Brands
  • Technically strong knowledge of all the motorcycle types & designs
  • Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with existing customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; prospecting service department customers responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions, attending to telephone and walk in customers.
  • Arranging test rides for customers and convincing customers to close easily
  • Recommending Accessories & Explaining Warranty & Service Benefits
  • Working Under Guidelines  of Standard business Operating Procedures & Policies
  • Preparing and assisting management with necessary Sales Reports.
 
Requirements:
  • Hold a UAE Motorcycle License and of course a Motor biker with a passion for it
  • Have a desire to be close to our Customers (we ride too, and we regularly attend ride events, social meetings and rallies)
  • Fully understand an integrated sales process
  • Genuinely want to create a dealership environment where our Customer desire to return to time after time
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious, professional and forward thinking
  • Be focused on achieving goals
  • Be a team player
  • Have the ability to work within a defined sales process
