  • Sell the lubricant products to variant retail customers
  • Emphasize the technical knowledge
  • Maintain good relationship with current customers
  • Seek for new acquisitions to enhance their loyalty & maximizing satisfaction index, which has positive impact on company sales & profitability achievement
