Job Description

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets set by sales manager in defined territory and target segments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated customers.
  • Build detailed customer database and target them with promo visits, brochures, etc. To drive sales.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and: resolved on a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with operations/workshop departments to ensure adherence to SLA’s.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment as per the given commitment Handover all documentations pertaining to rentals/leases such as Vehicles contracts and agreements to the Sales Coordinator.
  • Follow up all governments’ Departments, Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, semi Government and Private Sectors in the emirates of Abu Dhabi for rental deals.
  • Dealing with Logistics for pricing, requesting competitive Prices and pursue the delivery schedule.
  • Establishing, Organizing, Planning, and setting targets for individual activities.
  • Assuring of delivering vehicles at exact times as planned.
  • Assuring that sales targets are satisfied and if targets are not realized a written explanation is prepared and submitted to management.
  • Improving the skills and give a good feedback and knowledge about competitors.
  • Building a strong relationship with customers.
  • Visiting clients at their different locations 
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
  • Liaising with Sales Coordinator to check the progress of existing orders.
  • Weekly written sales report to Sales Manager.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations in consultation with the Sales Manager.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar industry on similar position 
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
  • Valid UAE driving license
