Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Carries out professional sales and marketing activities; conducts field visits to current and prospected customers; gathers market & products information; prepares necessary sales reports and work documents; maintains excellent connections with customers.
  • Responsible for handling all marketing, sales, and customer care activities for the assigned consumer group or product family (Used or new trucks); prepares order forms and related work documents accordingly.
  • Responsible for promoting current and new truck as assigned by the division head; conducts technical seminar as necessary.
  • Commits to sales targets; reviews own sales performance, adopts corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
  • Responsible for the preparation of quotations; takes the approval of the division head accordingly.
  • Maintains loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits, offering promotional materials, and professional conduct.
  • Visits potential customers to demonstrate products and attempts to win new markets; keeps in mind that he/she is the ambassador of the company in the market and the only information channel between the company and existing clients.
  • Negotiates with customers the variations in prices and special promotions; commits to the price lists and discount limits provided by the division head; conveys the feedback of customer regarding the prices to the division head in order to take the necessary actions.
  • Trouble shoots in matters of documentation, specifications, and delivery.
  • Handles customer complaints as appropriate.
  • Provides technical advice to customers on current and forthcoming trucks.
  • Carries our market, customer, and competitors’ information search; reports-back to the division head the information gathered on current and future trends.
  • Reports to the division head any difficulties or incidents occurred during work.
  • Responsible for his/her own sales reports and daily plans; consults the division head accordingly.
  • Prepares PDI requests and coordinates with the heavy vehicles workshop manager regarding PDI processes and customer requirements.
  • Performs other duties and responsibility as agreed upon by the division head and job holder.

 

Skills Required:
  • Knowledge in heavy vehicles; Renault Trucks is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Construction Equipment
  • Strong market knowledge.
  • Excellent sales & marketing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Holding a valid Gulf driving license convertible at Bahrain
