Responsible for dealing with Chinese and other customers in generating Sales of Machines, Parts and Service, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities (NOT limited to):
- Executes agreed-upon business plan.
- Develops a good knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviours. Attends customer concerns/problems in order to provide the appropriate solution.
- Creates product awareness and arranges/conducts customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales opportunities and deals closure.
- Keeps updated on competitor’s activities, and provides timely feedback to manager to support development of marketing strategy
Qualifications and experience:
- Engineering degree with 2-3 years of Heavy Equipment & Machinery sales experience.
- Must have good communication skills in Chinese & English.
- Team working capability and ability build relationships quickly and effectively.
