- Build, and develop the sales to achieve its objectives for “IVECO” brand (heavy duty trucks & commercial vehicles) with focus on Tenders, Construction, Cleaning Companies, Transportation.
- Generate the sales team reports and report it back to General Sales Manager.
- Handling clients’ complaints and solve it in a professional manner.
- Prepare complete study of the local market & competitors prices & suggest to the higher management to plan for the sales target accordingly.
- To formulate and manage a good brand building program for the trucks & vehicles in the market
- Increase the company profit by increasing the sales margin & reducing the expenses.
- Communicate professionally with Customers/Principals/Teams.
- Co-ordinate after sales solutions as and when needed.
- Graduate in Science, or Engineering
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Spoken in English & Arabic)
- Minimum 5-7 years Middle East experience in similar position (heavy duty trucks, i.e., Mercedes, MAN, TATA, Hino, DAF, Kamaz, IVECO)
- Comfortable with team coaching and communication
- Result oriented
