One of the largest automotive company in the region is looking for an experienced Regional Parts Sales Manager to join their company. You will be managing their parts sales activities in the region and achieve financial objectives of the parts division.
- Prepare strategies and implement market plans to achieve sales & marketing goals
- Monitor the Annual Operating Budget for the Regional Branches and ensures that all expenditures are within the prescribed Budget, as well as formulate guidelines to monitor Sales Performance of each Regional Branch
- Organize regular Market Studies to explore possible New Product Lines and Projects like expansion of Branches and Networks.
- Establish a professional relationship with the Parts Managers to achieve support in the improvement of Overall Profitability.
- Formulate Pricing Plans applicable to the market which are beneficial to the company.
- Administer regular visits to all Branches, Hub-Towns and Customers in the region to determine requirements and improve services to customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 – 10 years relevant experience in senior parts sales positions
- Have regional experience in same industry
- Excellent communication skills
- A successful track record in driving high sales volume
- Management and development of staff
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
