Mammoet is seeking a technical and detailed individual to join our tendering team. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working with both technical and financial data. This role generally works with tight deadlines and requires an individual with the motivation and drive to achieve results. In principle you are responsible for the substantive preparation of the offers, taking into account the risks, technical specifications, quality, budget and the legal aspects.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to) • Represent Mammoet in a professional, respectful manner • Responsible for coordinating the development of project estimates and control budgets for all stages of the presented opportunity • Ensure quotations meet the contract management standards or escalate to Senior staff in case of deviation. • Provide technical guidance related to sales quotations • Analyse the quotation risks as well as identify, describe and estimate risks affecting the business • Coordinate, execute, maintain and-or improve administrative activities and systems, in line with internal requirements. • prepare supportive material and reports for the sales team


This position reports to KSA General Manager as well as the Manager of Tendering

Education/Experience • Bachelor degree in a Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Automotive Engineering. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical and commercial environment. • Previous experience in the heavy lifting or heavy transport industry is an asset. Technical Skills • Project management, understanding of principles • Sales (sub)systems, basic skills • MS office suit, advanced skills • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written • Arabic, proficient verbal and written is preferable

About our region

This will be a full-time position operating out of our Jubail, Saudi Arabia office. Occasional travel may be required.
