Job Description

 

Job Purpose:

To supply Spare Parts & Accessories to retail and internal customers in a prompt and accurate manner. To build customer relationships by parts sales calls, address customer concerns, promote aftermarket sales, furnish technical support where applicable, and collect profiling information in order to enhance the customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellence customer service to all of the dealership’s customers
  • Assist Manager with attaining retail sales
  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
  • Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase
  • Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogues
  • When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership
  • Follow-up on quotations
  • Provide quotations to GSR’s
  • Prepare sales order and invoices
  • Interface with GSR’s and ensure their Parts and Accessories needs are being met.
  • Take orders for parts and process them as fast as possible
  • Assist in determining parts & accessories requirements for individual jobs
  • Recommend related Parts and Accessories, which may be required for a job
  • Notify when special parts or back-ordered parts are received
  • Notify existing customers with offers and campaigns
  • Coordinate within internal departments to offer special prices to Customers
  • Maintain Customer Database
  • Coordinates with the Inventory team on stock availability
  • Provides forecasts to the Regional Parts Manager

 

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Should be a Saudi National with at least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • A degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive) preferably with additional commercial qualification (B.B.A, Economics or Commerce); for non-technical executives, qualification is flexible as long as relevant industry experience is substantiated.
  • Strong communication skills and sales experience
  • Can build strong relationship with external and internal customers
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems for customers
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
  • Technical acumen
  • Awareness of comparison methods in parts
  • Awareness of parts & service forecasting techniques
  • Expert in MS office
  • Presentation skills, self-confidence and understanding of value based selling
  • Extrovert, Inquisitive, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills and guest centricity
  • Fluency in English is necessary; ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred
