One of the largest automotive retailers in GCC is looking to recruit an experienced Office Assistant to their Senior Vice President.This is an excellent opportunity to be working with the senior management in a business that has seen exceptional growth over the last few years.
The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for assisting the SVP with all the secretarial executive level activities.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Computer literate with vast knowledge of major software +(SAP)/Excel, Power Point - Report Writing
- Should be the filtering eye of any document /report will reach SVP
- Accepts positive criticism
- Short Handed
- HR for non-HR-Finance for non-Finance- good experience in sales and finance report reading and analysing.
- Strong problem solving
- Ability and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent planning, control and risk management skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
