Job Description

Due to growth and succession planning, our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their management team. The HR manager will focus on Automotive Sector.

This role is responsible for implementing and coordinating corporate HR policies and programs within all areas of HR and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws. Participate in the leadership and direction of the HR team to enable them to deliver a high level comprehensive HR service to the business and employees.



  • Ensuring documentation, adherence & implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Participating in developing & executing HR initiatives
  • Advising managers on all aspects of people management and Recruitment
  • Actively contributing to compensation & benefits reviews
  • Managing Employee relations, organization reassignments disciplinary, grievances, benefit schemes
  • Working on Employee motivation, engagement, retention & recognition, employee satisfaction
  • Monitoring Performance management cycles & proposing improvements
  • Validating HR information systems, data & presenting reports & analysis
  • Ensuring the management of leave & attendance operations
  • Providing excellent timely service to the internal customers
  • Suitable applicants must have the following to be considered


To be considered for this role you must:

  • Previous relevant experience within Saudi Arabia
  • Internationally recognized human resource qualifications preferred for example CIPD
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience within a human resources function
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior management or advisory capacity within a large corporate environment
  • Strong communication and influencing competencies
  • Degree in HR is required,
  • Arabic speaking is a must
