Job Description

A world-renowned brand in the Middle East is looking for a dynamic team player to join their company. The successful candidate will provide a responsive and efficient recruitment service to meet the needs of the team and use their reason, intellect and judgement to work on their own initiative to deal with matters on behalf of their Manager.



  • Pre-assignment trip organization – flights, accommodation and relocation agency support for the candidate
  • Assessment Centre Organization – Manage flights & accommodation for the candidates and finalize venue for the assessment center
  • Issue Offer Letters & Contracts
  • On boarding support (introduction on intranet / relocation support -  flights, temporary accommodation / employee welcome pack)
  • Coordination with relocation agency during the period of on boarding
  • Schedule HR induction sessions for new employees
  • Conduct all hiring and leaving actions as appropriate
  • Maintain updated data for any organizational unit changes, contract data changes, personal data changes
  • Run the monthly payroll on SAP inclusive of accounts posting & bank transfer
  • Arrange for health and travel insurance for new staff
  • Make necessary additions (spouse, new born) and deletions when staff leave the organization
  • Organize training in coordination with IT and SAP support team for the launch in early 2017.
  • Manage all HR requests coming through ESS/MSS portal – Salary certificates, NOC for leisure/business travel, Bank account opening letter, Salary transfer letter, Letter of undertaking to the landlord, NOC for driving license etc. that will be managed via the SAP system
  • Maintain Employee master database - MIS
  • Maintain employee personal files
  • Issuance of Purchase Orders for tasks supported for recruitment (Assessment centers, employee onboarding/off-boarding etc.)
  • Maintain third party gifts received database and review with HOD at the year-end for appropriate accounting & disposal



  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR support function
  • Previous administrative / coordination roles would be an added advantage
  • Microsoft Proficiency / Working knowledge of SAP is essential
  • Graduate in any field with minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Middle East Experience would be an added advantage
  • VW Group experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High integrity and conscientiousness
  • Ability to work under pressure
