- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
- Check various tender search system on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the company, either to bid of for market intelligence purposes.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Preparing all quotations and acted upon within strict deadlines.
- Compiling and submitting reports on quotations feedback on a weekly basis.
- Identifying and following upon all potential leads for prospective business.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Build relationships with companies or authority to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved.
5 years with demonstrated achievements in sales and marketing roles
University Degree. Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
