Based in GCC, our prestige client is dedicated in upholding their reputation as one of the world's leading automotive brands. They are searching for a dynamic Head of After Sales who can drive the performance of the business. Your main responsibility will be to run an efficient operation to fully maximize the growth and development of the division's service and parts operations.
- Work closely with wider business units to drive the After-Sales Function forwards and gain valuable insight and support for its growth and improvement.
- To deliver a profitable after sales service by exploring and exploiting all possible revenue streams in the market.
- Identify and build cost model for After Sales striking the perfect balance between customer experience and business profitability.
- To manage operations linked to KPI’s for the Aftersales department.
- Develop strategy to decrease number of returns whilst increasing speed with which returns are processed, including warranty, spare parts, cross functional awareness and process.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline. Preferably in Auto or mechanical.
- At least 10 years After Sales experience in a managerial position with at least 5 years in a senior position.
- Must be fluent in Arabic & English with strong clear communication both written and verbal.
- Japanese brand experience.
- After Sales solution oriented.
