Due to the winning of a new brand distributorship, a need has arisen for a hands on divisional manager, reporting to the CEO, to successfully implement the business across the country.
Ideally you will have experience in:
- Developing and implementing brand strategies for sales and marketing activities
- Profit and loss management of a division
- Sales team training, coaching and mentoring to ensure targets are met
- Developing a global best practice after sales function
You will have extensive experience (at least 10 years) in the construction equipment industry (or similar) in the Middle East. You will be a hands on, yet strategic professional with outstanding leadership skills.
