Experienced in growing a business? A well-known automotive distributor of multiple brands is looking for a dynamic and capable candidate. The key focus of this role is to increase the sales volume while dealing and building relationships with the OEM’s.
- To manage the sales and aftersales business for established volume brands.
- Improve all aspects of the business for Sales, Service and Parts.
- Develop OEM relations
- Implement new processes
- Set the guidelines
- Give the teams guidance and direction
- Implementing performance driven processes in order of importance for:
- Sales department
- Service department
- Parts department
- Bachelors Degree of any discipline (Automotive preferred)
- Must have knowledge of Sales and Aftersales operational processes.
- Must be a team player
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with a proven track record
- Reliable and efficient
- Hands on with approach.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written & oral)
- Ideally in the GCC.
- Arab national.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Sales, Service and Parts at a similar managerial level.
