A well-established company in the GCC region that is in partnership with one of the premium brands for over 20 years is currently looking to appoint Brand Manager. Your overall aim is to develop an operational plan in context with the defined strategy in order to make the brand more attractive; achieve targets and create a strong bond with employees and customers.
- Ensuring all dealer and manufacturer communications are disclosed and briefed to the Sales, Marketing and After-sales.
- Identify and evaluate market potential for growing the new and pre-owned car business (all models).
- Coordinate with the sales, after sales and marketing team the successful achievement of brand sales and marketing objectives.
- Evaluate & reward performances of sales people and marketing team with Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in coordination with General Manager.
- Manage motivation in particular of Sales staff to achieve defined objectives.
- Monitoring KPIs and taking actions.
To be considered for this role :
- 10-15 years of experience in a premium brand.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic
- University degree and established education coherent with local expectations.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Arab national.
