Achieving financial & non Financial targets of body shop (CSI / Labor sales / No. of Ro’s targets) and clarify for variances for corrective actions needed.
Improving “Up selling” & continue in growth in Repair orders.
Taking proper measures to reduce the operating costs of the Body shop operations including Overtime and control on wastages.
Continuously monitor subordinate performances give them constructive feedback towards improvements.
Review Body shop CSI survey results on a monthly basis and implement corrective measures as discussed / suggested by Service Manager / National Service Manager.
Ensure of all spare parts available for repairing, coordinate with spare parts dept. in need.
Recommend Training needs for Denters & Painters
Conduct Annual performance assessment of the subordinates.
Ensure job allocation is done properly for optimum utilization of workshop facility & Manpower.
Ensuring high F-1 standards are met on all repair works by closely monitoring the repairs in progress.
