Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Manage relationships with dealerships to deliver aftersales targets in assigned territory within KSA, achieving both commercial objectives as well as service quality

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Support dealerships in the ramp-up of Nissan's retail aftersales business, provide input on the national aftersales strategy, and establish relationships with dealerships' aftersales management across the network
  • Facilitate communication between the NSC and dealerships including:
  • Capturing dealership input on target setting process
  • Communicating targets, pricing program, inventory recommendations, and dealership standards
  • Conducting frequent site visits and performance dialogs with dealerships
  • Utilization of Kaizen tool
  • Completion of the annual CS
  • Ensure the implementation of action plans
  • Resolve issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders at NSC, NMEF, and Nissan manufacturing sites as required
  • Provide input to NSC teams to guide all decision making involving dealerships, including:
  • Proposing dealership promotions and campaigns to Marketing teams
  • Recommending training programs to improve After sales and service performance to DND and CQ team
  • Assessing changes to network strategy to DND and CQ team
  • Collaborate with Sales Area Manager on managing dealership relations including sharing observations, coordinating calendars, and agreeing on dealership approach
  • Coordinate with DND and CQ team to ensure completion of dealership trainings and audits
  • Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales team from other territories to share best practices and provide support where required

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years work experience, with 2 years in automotive aftersales supervisory role
  • Prefers with experience in KSA/GCC, automotive sector, and building new teams/organizations
  • MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic required
  • Driver's license required for the job
