They highly-anticipated 2017 Lincoln Continental has arrived in the Middle East to mark the rebirth of the legendary nameplate.

After a 15-year production hiatus, the American luxury automaker promises a new era of extravagance by resurrecting a nameplate that was known for being the go-to choice for many luxury car enthusiasts around the world. Now with unmatched elegance, distinct design and effortless power, the 2017 Lincoln Continental is here to stay.

"Customers in the Middle East are undoubtedly some of the most discerning in the world, and a quality product like the Continental offers the ideal experience in the level of luxury mobility to which they are accustomed."

Looks-wise, the 2017 Lincoln Continental is designed and engineered to convey elegance, athleticism and dynamics. Distinctive in its design, the new flagship model has a profile that is instantly recognizable. The sleek and athletic body is highlighted by adaptive LED headlamps and a bold one-piece signature grille that adds a commanding presence. The car also comes with a segment first innovative E-latch system for easy door opening and closing, as well as an available expansive twin-panel moonroof that complements the package.

Inside, the cabin is both elegant and welcoming. The interiors are bedecked with fine leather and top-notch quality materials. the Perfect Position front seats inside the new model are inspired by private aircraft seats; a patented comfort carrier system that conforms to and supports the body, enhancing comfort. The 30-way adjusted seats have available heating, cooling and massaging functionality. The cabin has Active Noise Control that cancels out unwanted noises and keeps the interior serene. 

A wide array of tech features is added to the new 2017 Lincoln Continental to enhance entertainment, convenience and safety. Features include a Revel audio system, Adaptive Cruise Control, Active Park Assist with a 360-degree camera, Pre-Collision Assist with a Pedestrian Detection system, and many more. 

Under the hood, the 2017 Lincoln Continental is available with Lincoln-exclusive 3.0L Twin Turbo V6 engine that is paired with an intelligent all-wheel-drive layout. This engine is able to produce 378 horsepower and 575 Nm of torque. Further engine alternatives include a 2.7L Twin Turbo unit that generates 344 horsepower/575 Nm of torque, and a 3.7L that makes 313 horsepower/379 Nm of torque.

Prices for the 2017 Lincoln Continental start at AED 189,000.
